Director appointment at Bradley Hall
The launch of BH Planning and Design
Chartered surveyor and estate agency Bradley Hall, which has operations across the North East, has appointed a director to head its new subsidiary.
Christopher Whitehouse has joined the company as planning director and has been tasked with leading BH Planning and Design.
The new division includes work on planning applications, development appraisals, architectural design, building regulations, planning appeals and project management.
During his career, which includes time at Bradley Hall, Whitehouse has become an accredited expert in planning having published The Planning Doctors Guide to Understanding Planning and been named RICS Young Planner/Developer of the Year 2014.
"The company has grown so much since I last worked here as a student," he said.
"It is a very exciting time to be joining the team as the company continues its expansion."
